    Kelsey’s United also had 38 pts, but Vita wins the head-to-head tie-breaker
  • Bentley Windows LCFC II - Division C - 17W 0D 1L - 51 pts
    Bentley finished 12 pts clear of the Nooners (largest 1st place gap in the league)
  • KPFC - Division D - 12W 4D 2L - 40 pts
    Frontenac United also had 40 points, but KPFC wins the head-to-head tie-breaker
