Yellow Card Offence Codes

• Y1— guilty of unsporting behaviour
• Y2— showed dissent by word or action
• Y3— persistently infringed the Laws of the Game
• Y4— delayed the restart of play
• Y5— failed to respect the required distance when play was restarted with a corner kick or free kick
• Y6— entered or re-entered the field of play without the referee's permission
• Y7— deliberately left the field of play without the referee's permission

Red Card Offence Codes

• R1— used offensive or insulting or abusive language and/or gestures
• R2— spitting at an opponent or any other person
• R3— received a second caution in the same game
• R4— serious foul play
• R5— denied the opposing team a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball
• R6— denied an obvious goal-scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or penalty kick
• R7— violent conduct
